Description of Conference Fees

I.Registration Fees Include:
1.Conference Fees: Including admission to the conference sessions, conference materials, and the use of simultaneous interpretation equipment.
2.Catering: Including breakfast, lunch and dinner during the conference, as well as the dinner on June 15th. 

 

II.Registration Fees Do Not Include:
1.Transportation costs to and from the conference venue (e.g., airfare, train tickets),
2. Hotel accommodation costs,  
3. Costs of optional activities during the conference, 
4. Visa fees (if applicable),
5. Travel insurance costs.  

 

III. Additional Information:
1. Airport Transfer Service:  
To facilitate the arrival of delegates, the organising committee will provide complimentary airport transfer services during specified times. Delegates requiring this service must submit their flight details to the conference secretariat by 10th June, 2025 to ensure arrangements can be made. Delegates who fail to provide their flight information by the deadline will not be eligible for the transfer service.  

2. Fees for Accompanying Family Members:  
Fees for accompanying family members cover only the cost of lunch and dinner during the conference.  

3. Currency:  
All fees for this conference are payable in RMB or USD. Bank charges incurred during remittance will be borne by the respective parties (the sender and the recipient).  

4. Fee Adjustments:  
The conference organisers will strictly adhere to the above fee structure. In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances requiring fee adjustments, delegates will be promptly notified.

2. All fees of this conference shall be settled in CNY or USD, the remitter and the recipient shall bear the bank charges incurred by the remittance respectively. If any delegates have difficulty in settling the payment in CNY, they can inform CILT China and refer to the US dollar amount in the payment list after confirmation by CILT China.

 

3. If participants have special needs, please indicate them on the registration form.

 

4. Please note that round-trip airfare, meals outside the program and any other expenses not included in this note are the responsibility of the participants.

 

5. If a participant is unable to attend the conference due to special reasons, please apply for a refund by 30th May, 2025 at the latest, full or partial refund of the conference fee will be granted if the notification of cancellation reaches CILT China by the respective deadline as outlined below. Any bank charges, hotel booking deposits and exchange rate differences will be responsibility of the applicant.
