Registration Conditions
1. Registration Procedure
The registration for the CILT (Langfang) Conference 2025 will open on 20th March 2025. Please go to the registration page and fill in all the required information as requested.
The conference fee can be directly paid on the registration website. Additionally, we accept remittances from individual and group delegates. When making remittances, kindly ensure that you clearly specify the delegate's full name, registration number (if applicable), and the purpose of the payment, which should be clearly stated as "CLC 2025". This will greatly facilitate accurate identification and processing of your payment. After completing the remittance, please promptly send us the remittance receipt for our record-keeping.
Organisations wishing to register and pay for their delegates in groups must email the Conference Organising Committee at ciltchina@126.com in advance. Group payments should be marked with the“name of branch, head of the group and CLC 2025” .
Please note that all fees associated with international bank transfers including but not limited to bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate. You must pay the full amount specified on the website.

2. Substitution Policy
If a participant is unable to attend the event, we are happy to accept a substitution at any time. Substitution requests will only be accepted by e-mail to ciltchina@126.com. The communication must indicate the cancelled participant and the substitute. The substitute must be from the same organisation. No handling charge is applied on Substitution.
3. Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to ciltchina@126.com. The name of the participant who is cancelling the registration must be stated in the email.
If you notify the organizing committee of your cancellation before the deadline specified below, the registration fee will be fully or partially refunded.

4. Travel & Health Insurance
The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or losses occurred during the event or as a result of it. Participants are advised to arrange adequate personal insurance since the organisers cannot be held responsible.
5. Regulations
CILT China reserves the right to make amendments to the programme or any related activities to the CILT (Langfang) Conference 2025. CILT China reserves the right to modify or complete at any time the provisions of the present Terms & Conditions.
6. Privacy Declaration
The Privacy Policy applies to all information that CILT (Langfang) Conference 2025 collects when you register for participation. The collected information is used for the conference organisation ONLY.
